strawberry pudding

We are fond of pudding, but fear of fat. Instead of buying out, we are think’s better
try to make own pudding at home.
Easy way and that is definitely the materials used are
materials that are low in sugar and fat so you do not have to worry about
damaging your diet. Strawberries itself one food that can help you lose weight.

Gelatinous white one pack 250cc

water 300cc
·
fresh milk low-fat or non-fat 1.5
·
ounces of fresh strawberries
·
2 drops of food coloring paste or strawberry
pink
·
1 pound of sugar .
How to make:
1. Puree
strawberries in advance using the blender until completely smooth.
2. Dissolve
agar-agar powder with sugar, fresh milk, and sugar over medium heat, stirring
until boiling.
3. Add
pink coloring to foods or pasta strawberries and strawberry that had been
blended into a solution of gelatin and stir until boiling.
4. After
boiling, remove from heat and solution was prepared mold.
5. Pour
pudding into molds previously wet but first mold by using warm water so the
pudding does not sticky.
6. If
you want to beautify pudding, strawberry pieces when the input solution is
poured into a mold in order. Wait until hardened.
7. After
a hard pudding remove from the mold and cut to taste.
